    1. 1 batch Gingerbread Dough

    2. 1 batch Royal Icing

    3. Decorations:

    4. 3/4 lb Smarties

    5. 2 pkg multicolored jelly beans

    6. 1 pkg cinnamon hearts

    7. 1 pkg multicolored candy shot

    8. 2 pkg red and green sugar sprinkles

    9. 1 jar silver dragees

    10. 12 green gumdrops

    11. 12 mini candy canes

    12. 12 gummy bear candies

    13. 12 licorice Allsorts

    14. 1 pkg peppermints

    15. 1 pkg colored mini marshmallows

    16. 1 pkg spearmint leaves

    17. Other candies, as desired

    18. Accessories:

    19. 5 sturdy paper plates

    20. Waxed paper and plastic wrap

    21. 10 Popsicle sticks

    22. 5 paper cups

    23. 2 sq m tinted cellophane

    24. 5 m ribbon

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Directions Dip one Popsicle stick into Royal Icing and coat bottom of base so it sticks to paper plate.

    2. Coat bottom and side edges of front piece and one side piece with icing; join together and stick onto base.

    3. Repeat with back and remaining side piece.

    4. Let dry completely, about 20 minutes. (This is a good time for a refreshment break or outside play)

    5. Coat top edges of walls with icing and attach one roof piece.

    6. Coat top edge of roof; attach remaining roof piece and let dry, about 10 minutes.

    7. Decorate with candies, attaching each with dab of Royal Icing.
