  1. 1 recipe Basic Pizza Base

  2. butter or oil for greasing

  3. For the tomato peanut sauce

  4. 1 recipe Tomato Sauce

  5. 2 tbsp peanut butter

  6. 1 tsp soy sauce

  7. For the mushroom topping

  8. 2 cups sliced mushrooms (khumbh)

  9. 2 tsp sesame seeds (til)

  10. 2 tsp grated garlic

  11. 2 cups chopped spring onions

  12. 1/4 cup sliced celery

  13. 1/4 cup red capsicum

  14. 1/4 cup capsicum

  15. 1/4 cup paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes or tofu (bean curd/ soya paneer) cubes

  16. 2 tsp soy sauce

  17. 1 tbsp oil

  18. salt to taste

  19. pepper to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil.

  2. Simmer till the sauce becomes smooth, adding water if required. Keep aside.

  3. Heat the oil and saute the sesame seeds and garlic.

  4. Add the mushrooma and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Add the spring onions, celery, capsicum, paneer, soya sauce, salt and pepper and stir well.

  6. Remove from the heat and keep aside.

  7. Place one pizza base on a greased baking tray.

  8. Spread half the tomato peanut sauce on top.

  9. Top with half the mushroom topping and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes or till the base is evenly browned.

  10. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make one more pizza.

  11. Serve hot.
