  1. 6 pork chops

  2. salt

  3. pepper

  4. garlic salt

  5. 1 onion , sliced in rings

  6. 1 cup beef broth

  7. 6 ounces Bud Light beer

  8. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  9. flour (to coat chops)

  1. salt, pepper, garlic salt chops, then dredge in flour.

  2. Place in frying pan with oil, make sure the oil is already hot.

  3. Brown on both sides, add onions, cook for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add beef broth and beer, cover and let simmer about 45 minutes until chops are very tender.
