  2. 2/3 cup(s) Caesar salad dressing

  3. 2 bag(s) (10 ounces each) romaine salad mix

  4. 2 (12 shrimp each) takeout orders of garlic-grilled shrimp

  5. 1/3 cup(s) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  6. Lemon wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut garlic bread into 3/4-inch cubes (3 cups); place in jelly-roll pan. Bake croutons 7 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly.

  2. Meanwhile, in large salad bowl, toss dressing with romaine salad mix. Add shrimp, Parmesan, and croutons; toss well. Serve with lemon wedges.
