  1. 2 large navel oranges

  2. 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

  3. 1/3 cup nonfat milk

  4. 1 cup frozen blueberries

  5. 3 teaspoons granulated sugar

  6. 1 cup ice cube

  1. Peel orange & remove all the white pith, then separate into sections.

  2. To blender, add orange sections, yogurt, milk, frozen berries & sugar, then cover & blend until smooth.

  3. If adding ice, add now, then cover & blend again until smooth.

  4. Serve in chilled glasses.
