  1. 2 cup Flour

  2. 1/2 tsp Salt

  3. 1 cup Brown Sugar

  4. cup Butter

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 1 1/2 tsp Vanillae Extract

  7. 3 Tbsp Milk

  8. 1 1/2 cup Oatmeal , uncooked

  9. 1 jar Marshmallow Fluff

  10. 3 Milk Chocolate Candy Bars

  1. Mix the first 8 ingredients and refridgerate for 1 hour (refridgeration is optional but it helps in rolling the dough easier). Roll dough and use a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter to cut out 24 cookies. Cut out a jack-o-lantern face in 12 of the cookies (to make the face of the cookie sandwhiches). Bake cookies at 350 degrees for about 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden.

  2. Immediately after removing the cookies place the "bottoms" (or the cookies without faces) on the cooling rack. Right away put 1/4 of a chocolate bar on the cookie, top that with a spoonful of marshmallow cream. Lastly, top the cookie off with one of the cookie 'faces', being sure to kind of push it down gently (as to make some of the cream 'goo' out of the eyes and mouth). Let cool and enjoy!
