  1. 2 heads broccoli

  2. 2 28 oz cans whole tomato es

  3. 3 cloves garlic , minced

  4. 3/4 cup olive oil

  5. 2 lbs rotini

  6. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Peel and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Put into blue pot (should be l/2 way). Cover broccoli a little more than l/2 way with water. Add the two cans of whole tomatoes to pot; add the garlic. Let cook (do not boil) until the broccoli is tender (about 15-20 minutes). Add the olive oil. Add sale and pepper to taste.

  2. In a separate pan cook the rotini.

  3. Mix all together
