  11. 1/4 cup Realemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate

  12. 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg, molasses and lemon juice (mixture will look curdled). Beat in flour mixture. Cover and chill

  13. 1-2 hours of until esy to handle. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll balls in remaining sugar to coat. Place

  14. 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Use the bottom of a drinking glass to flatten cookies slightly. Bake at

  15. 350 F for 7-8 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
