  1. Set oven to 140C.

  2. Boil cream with sugar, vanilla bean and orange zest.

  3. Add rice and cover with lid cook in oven.

  4. Stir every 20 minutes and cook until the rice is soft.

  5. Add yolks, gelatine, butter and cointreau.

  6. Set in a cool room and soften with whipped cream.
