  2. 8 ounces andouille sausage or spicy sausage, cut into 1/4" thick rounds

  3. 2 chicken thighs, boned, cut into 1" pieces (use 3 cups chicken breast for all white meat)

  16. 1 cup raw long grain white rice

  17. 2 cups chicken broth or water

  18. 1 pound shrimp - small or medium, peeled and deveined
