  1. 2 tablespoons Paprika (Hungarian is best)

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme

  4. 1 teaspoon Onion powder

  5. 1 teaspoon Black pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  7. 1 teaspoon Salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper to taste

  9. 4 (4-6 oz.) halibut steaks, thawed if necessary

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Sprinkle approximately ½ teaspoon spice mixture over the surface of each halibut steak before broiling. Broil 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Save remaining spice mixture in airtight container for future uses.
