  1. 4 (Medium Sized) Potatoes, (Cut into Wedges)

  2. Baking Tray Line with Foil

  3. Marinade:

  4. 1 tbsp of Olive Oil (Oil)

  5. 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

  6. 1/4 tsp of Chilli Powder

  7. Salt ( to Season)

  8. Pepper ( to Season)

  9. A tsp of Dried Herbs

  1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for marinade and keep aside.

  3. Tip in the potato wedges into a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 mins. Drain completely. Place the wedges on the baking tray and with a pastry brush, apply the marinade on to the wedges evenly.

  4. Pop it in the preheated oven and bake for 20 – 25 mins.

  5. Serve hot.
