  1. 4 eggs, lightly beaten

  2. 1 cup corn syrup, light or dark

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 2 tbs butter, melted

  5. 1 tsp vanilla

  6. 1 1/2 c. pecans

  7. 1 unbaked

  8. 9 inch pastry shell ---

  9. Carame l sauce

  10. 1 egg, lightly beaten

  11. 1/2 c. brown sugar

  12. 1/2 c. butter

  13. 1/2 c. canned milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla 2) Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

  2. Bake in oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center and around the edges comes out clean.

  3. Drizzle Caramel Sauce over pecan pie.
