  3. 2 tsp Vanilla extract

  4. 5 tsp White sugar

  5. 250ml Semi skimmed milk

  1. Peel and chop kiwis. Save some slices for decoration.

  2. Blend kiwis until smooth including seeds.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend again to combine ingredients andfor extra thickness.

  4. Serve immediately.

  5. This smoothie is a good fruit shake for breakfast, energy drink duringthe day for even as a drinking dessert.
