  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Tomato juice

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cilantro - finely chopped

  4. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Frozen corn - thawed

  5. 3 Green onions - tops only

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lime juice - (no white parts)

  1. Mix ingredients in large bowl, refrigerate and serve with your kids' favorite chips.

  2. If this is eaten with potato chips, omit salt from this recipe.
