  1. 1 large block cooking chocolate, melted

  2. 1 tablespoon golden syrup

  3. 1 tin sweetend condensed milk

  4. sprinkle of cloves

  5. 1 tin pineapple chunks

  6. 3 fresh passionfruit

  7. 3 eggwhites

  8. 1 cup self-raising flour, sifted

  9. 1 tablespoon butter, softened

  10. 2 cups icing sugar, sifted

  11. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl and combine well.

  2. Pour into greased cake or slice tin and bake in 180C for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  3. Meanwhile, to make icing, combine sifted icing sugar with lemon juice and softened butter and combine well.

  4. Once the cake has completely cooled, top with icing and serve.
