  1. 12 small red potatoes, quartered

  2. salt and ground black pepper to taste

  3. 1 pinch garlic granules or to taste

  4. 1 pinch dried oregano or to taste

  5. 1/4 (500g) tub light buttery spread

  1. Preheat an oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Spray four sheets of foil with cooking oil spray.

  2. Divide potatoes evenly among the sheets of foil; season with salt, pepper, garlic granules and oregano. Place 2 tablespoons of the butter flavoured spread over each mound of potatoes. Create packets by folding and sealing the foil. Place the foil packets on a baking tray.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork, 55 minutes to 1 hour. Drain melted buttery spread before serving.
