  1. 10 1 Lemon-flavored - gelatin (3-oz.)

  2. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Boiling water

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Lemon juice

  4. Grated peel of 1 lemon

  5. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar -

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Whatever.

  7. 1 Sweetened - condensed milk, part (14-oz.)

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Melted margarine or butter

  1. About 1/2 cup fine graham cracker crumbs Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water; add the lemon juice, peel and sugar. Chill until thickened, but still soft.

  2. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, add the condensed milk and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and thick.

  3. Brush the melted margarine or butter over a 7-by-11-inch pan and coat with some of the graham cracker crumbs. Pour the lemon mixture into the pan and sprinkle the top with more crumbs. Chill thoroughly before serving.
