  1. 4 eggs , lightly beaten

  2. 1 tablespoon(s) fat-free milk

  3. 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano leaves

  4. 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

  5. 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper

  7. 1/4 cup(s) chopped red bell pepper

  8. 1/4 cup(s) chopped broccoli florets

  9. 4 ounce(s) Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links (sliced)

  10. 1/4 cup(s) canned sliced mushrooms , drained

  11. 1/2 cup(s) (2 ounces) shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese or reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

  1. In medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. In small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray cook bell pepper, broccoli, and Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Remove from skillet. Set aside.

  3. In same skillet cook egg mixture over medium-low heat until set. Top with vegetable mixture and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Tightly cover. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
