  1. 500g shelled green prawns

  2. 1 level teaspoon crushed garlic

  3. 1 level teaspoon turmeric

  4. 1 level teaspoon dried coriander

  5. 1 level teaspoon cumin

  6. 1 level teaspoon garam marsala

  7. 1/4 level teaspoon chilli powder (to taste)

  8. 2 level teaspoons chicken stock powder

  9. 1/2 cup red capsicum sliced

  10. 1/2 cup green capsicum sliced

  11. 1 cup sliced onion

  12. 1 level tablespoon cornflour

  13. 1 level teaspoon imitation coconut essence

  14. 1 x 375 mls can evaporated light milk

  15. salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a non sticky fry pan generously coated with cooking spray, toss prawns 3 minutes, add garlic and toss for 2 minutes. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam marsala, chilli powder and stock powder into pan, toss for 1 minute. Add capsicums and onion, cook 2 minutes. Blend cornflour, essence and milk together, then add to pan stirring continuously until boiled, cook a few minuets more, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice and noodles.
