  1. 12 hardboiled egg

  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  4. 2 tablespoons butter , softened

  5. 1 tablespoon sugar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt (I prefer seasoned salt)

  8. 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach , thawed and squeezed dry

  9. 4 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.

  3. Stir in the mayonnaise, vinegar, butter, sugar, pepper, and salt.

  4. Add spinach and mix well.

  5. Stir in the bacon; spoon into egg whites.

  6. Serve immediately.
