  1. 1 can(s) can solid pack pumpkin

  2. 15 oz.

  3. 1 can(s) evaporated milk

  4. 12 oz.

  5. 3 eggs

  6. 1 cup(s) sugar

  7. 4 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice

  8. 1 package(s) yellow cake mix

  9. 3/4 cup(s) butter, melted

  10. 1 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13X9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter. Top with walnuts. Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
