  2. 1 1/4 cup(s) confectioners' sugar

  3. 3 tablespoon(s) light corn syrup

  1. Make the marzipan: Combine the almond paste and confectioners' sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade and process until fine -- about 1 minute. Add the corn syrup and process until mixture just comes together. Place the marzipan on a work surface lightly dusted with confectioners' sugar and knead it for 1 minute until smooth and pliable. Cover the marzipan with plastic wrap until ready to use. Store, wrapped in plastic, in an airtight container.
