  1. 4 cups elbow macaroni (cooked-2 cups uncooked)

  2. 2 cups cheddar cheese

  3. 3 eggs , beaten

  4. 1/2 cup sour cream

  5. 4 tablespoons butter

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 cup milk

  1. While noodles are hot, add shredded cheese.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine cheddar cheese, eggs, sour cream, butter, salt and milk.

  3. Add to the macaroni mixture.

  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish.

  5. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.

  6. Top with more cheese if desired.
