  2. 4 whites of eggs

  3. 1/2 cup of cream

  4. Salt and pepper

  5. 1/4 cup grated cheese

  6. 1 tablespoon butter

  1. Heat the butter and cream together in a pan. Break in the egg whites and sprinkle with salt and pepper, continuing to cook.

  2. When nearly done, add the cheese. Serve on buttered toast.

  3. Strain the cream over the toast.
