  1. Heat butter in a pan add fennel seeds, add chopped celery stems, salt, and saut them, add celery leaves paste, chopped green chilly, cook it for 2 minutes, and vegetable stock (or) chicken stock, once the water comes to boil add basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes) cover it with lid and let it cook for 3 minutes.

  2. Take another pan heat ghee add slices of garlic and slices of almonds, saut them.

  3. Top it with Garlic and almond add fried onions, and saffron, and mix it. Serve this hot.
