  1. 1/2 bunch chopped parsley

  2. 4 sticks of finely sliced green onions

  3. 2 de-seeded small/medium tomatoes

  4. 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese

  5. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  6. 1/2 cup sliced Black Olives

  7. 2 whole eggs

  8. 2 table spoons EV Olive Oil

  1. Mix everythiing well in a bowl and place on your favorite bread. Pre-heat oven 425 degrees and leave in oven until golden brown or desired crispness. TIP: slice bread and bake until slightly crispy remove and place mix on top to avoid soggyness bake until ingridients are cooked.(Approx 8-12 minutes)
