  1. 250 grams boiled diced Potatoes

  2. 1 tsp Chilli powder

  3. to taste Coriander leaves

  4. 1 tsp Coriander powder

  5. 0 cumin

  6. 0 fenu greek leaves

  7. 0 ginger garlic paste

  8. 2 number gr chillies

  9. 1/2 tsp Jeera cumin powder

  10. 0 mustard optional

  11. 2 tsp Oil

  12. 1 number Onion

  13. 0 red chilli optional

  14. 0 red chilli pdr

  15. to taste Salt

  16. pinch Turmeric powder

  1. Peel & Chop boiled potatoes into 1" cubes.

  2. Chop Onions fine. Heat a pan with Oil.

  3. Add mustard, jeera. Saute in Onions, fry till they are nice brown in colour.

  4. Add turmeric and ginger garlic paste, add all the powders fenugreek leaves pdr.

  5. Fry on medium flame for 2 mins.

  6. Then add boiled potatoes and sauté.

  7. Once they are done, add Cumin and simmer for 5 mins more.

  8. The sabji is ready. It has the nice aroma of cumin Serve with chapatti poori or rice.
