  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1 (17 1/2 ounce) jar Pace® Enchilada Sauce

  3. Vegetable cooking spray

  4. 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas

  5. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  6. 1 (16 ounce) can Pace® Refried Beans

  7. 2 (4 ounce) cans green chiles, drained

  8. Chopped green onion

  1. Cook ground beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Place 1 tortilla on baking sheet. Top with 1/3 of beef mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Top with 1 tortilla, 1/2 of refried beans, 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, 1 can chiles and 1/4 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Top with 1 tortilla, remaining beef mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Top with remaining tortilla. Cover with foil.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until hot. Uncover. Top with remaining enchilada sauce, cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
