  1. 1 Green beans - cut 2 Lima beans

  2. 1 Kidney beans

  3. 1 Wax beans

  4. 1 Garbanzo beans

  5. 1 Green pepper - chopped (large)

  6. 3 Celery stalks - chopped

  7. 2 oz 56g Green pimiento - sliced, drained

  8. 1 Green onion bunch - sliced

  9. 2 cups 474ml Vinegar

  10. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  11. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  1. Drain all cans of beans; place in a large bowl.

  2. Add green pepper, celery, pimiento and green onions; set aside.

  3. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan; boil for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and immediately pour over vegetables.

  5. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
