  1. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Cooked shrimp - chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Green onions, finely chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Red bell pepper, finely chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Seasoned salt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Parsley flakes

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Celery seed

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  9. 2 teaspoons 10ml Olive oil

  10. 1 Egg white

  11. 6 Sandwich bread - lightly toasted

  12. Mayonnaise

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Combine first 10 ingredients.

  3. Trim crusts from bread slices and spread lightly with mayonnaise.

  4. Spoon shrimp mixture evenly over bread slices.

  5. Cut each slice into four triangles.

  6. Place triangles on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  8. Serve immediately.
