  1. Butter milk (sour) - 2 cups

  2. Onion -- 1 medium chopped very finely

  3. Green chilies -- 2 chopped very finely

  4. Salt to taste

  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea sp

  6. Red chili powder - 1/4 tea sp

  7. Chopped coriander leaves -- 1 tab sp

  8. Oil -- 1 tea sp

  9. Mustard seeds -- 1/2 tea sp

  10. Urad dal - 1 tea sp

  11. Cumin seeds -- 1/2 tea sp

  12. Dry red chili - 1 broken

  13. Curry leaves - 5-6 leaves

  1. Add chopped onion and green chilies and turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste to butter milk.

  2. Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and let them popup then add urad dal, broken dry red chili, cumin seeds and curry leaves and fry for a while and then add this to butter milk mixture and mix well.
