  1. 1 Firm tofu

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy mayonnaise

  3. 1 Green onion - diced

  4. 1 Green bell pepper - diced

  5. 1 Celery stalk - chopped

  6. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Sunflower or sesame seeds

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Curry powder

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Turmeric

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic powder

  1. Crumble the tofu with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on crackers or bread.
