  1. 2 pound pork back ribs

  2. 1/4 cup maple syrup

  3. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire

  5. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  1. Place ribs on shallow baking pan.

  2. Mix together well remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush ribs with glaze and place in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally.

  3. Cut into 2 to 3 rib portions to serve.
