  1. 2 pounds ground turkey

  2. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  3. 4 teaspoons Creole seasoning, divided

  4. 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can no-salt stewed tomatoes, drained

  5. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  6. 8 hamburger buns, toasted

  1. Prepare outdoor grill, placing grill rack 5 inches from heat source or preheat broiler. In a medium bowl combine turkey, Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning. Evenly divide turkey mixture into 8 burgers.

  2. Grill or broil burgers about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until 160 degrees F is reached on a meat thermometer and meat is no longer pink in center.

  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine tomatoes, remaining Creole seasoning and garlic. Simmer about 5 minutes or until most of liquid has evaporated.

  4. To serve, place burger on bottom half of each bun, drizzle 3 tablespoons sauce over burger and top with other half of bun.
