  2. 1/2 teaspoon roasted red pepper seasoning

  3. 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

  4. 1/2 teaspoon mesquite powder

  5. 3 tablespoons gluten free breadcrumbs

  6. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  7. 1/2 lb lean ground turkey

  8. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  9. 3 tablespoons onions , chopped

  1. Whisk together egg whites, seasoning, bread crumbs, and oil until relatively smooth.

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients.

  3. Mix together well.

  4. Grill on a medium-high barbeque for about 5-6 minutes per side or until thouroughly cooked.
