  1. For the biscuits:

  2. 125g soft butter

  3. 120g sugar

  4. Few dops vanilla essence

  5. 1 egg

  6. 250g plain flour

  7. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  8. To decorate:

  9. large marshmallows

  10. melted chocolate for the eyes

  11. orange jelly beans for the nose

  12. icing sugar

  13. lemon juice

  14. red food coloring

  15. melted chocolate for the mouth

  1. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg together with hand mixer.

  2. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

  3. Bake in for 8 -10 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Carefully lift the off the tray and cool completely on a wire rack.

  4. To decorate: Mix together the icing sugar, lemon and red food colouring to make dark red icing. Paint it on each biscuit. Eyes glued on it and each one organes jelly belly stick a nose. Let dry.
