  1. 2 eggs

  2. Oat milk (or other milk)

  3. 4 heaped tsp vanilla sustagen

  4. 4 heaped tsp dessicated coconut

  5. 1 tsp honey

  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  7. 1 frozen banana , peeled and sliced

  8. 5 frozen blackberries

  9. 3 ice blocks

  10. 2 scoops ice-cream

  1. Combine ingredients except ice-cream in a blender.

  2. Only add a few dollops of milk (~100ml) to start with. Blend until you can no longer hear the ice and frozen fruit banging around.

  3. Check the consistency of the smoothie and if you prefer it not so thick you can add more milk. Lastly add the ice-cream and blend for a few seconds so that there is still some lovely chunks of ice-cream left floating around. Serve in a tall, chilled milkshake glass.
