  1. 1/2 cup Brown Sugar,packed

  2. 1/2 cup Butter Melted

  3. 1 Tlb. Cinnamon , divided

  4. 3 Granny Smith Apples , peeled and sliced

  5. 1/2 cup Golden Raisins

  6. 1 Loaf Cinnamon Bread ,sliced Thick

  7. 6 Lg. Eggs

  8. 1 1/2 cup Milk

  9. 1 Tlb. Vanilla

  1. Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon,raisins and apple slices in a bowl, toss to coat well.Spread mixture in a 9x13-inch baking pan.Arrange bread on top, stacking until loaf is used up. In same bowl the apple mixture was in ,combine eggs, milk and vanilla until well blended to lemony color. Pour mixture evenly over bread, soaking bread completely.(you may have to press down a little to wet all). Cover and chill overnight. Bake covered in 375^ oven for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve warm with powdered sugar, sour cream or Maple syrup, if desired Sprinkle on chopped pecans. NOTE: Other fruit may be substituted.
