  1. 3 1/2 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness TM or Certified Organic)

  2. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  3. 1 medium carrot , shredded (about 1/2 cup)

  4. 1 cup uncooked corkscrew-shaped pasta

  5. 1 cup uncooked mini lasagna noodle -shaped pasta (mafalda) or medium egg noodles

  6. 1 cup broccoli florets

  7. 1 cup cubed cooked turkey

  8. Chopped parsley

  1. Stir the broth, garlic and carrot in a 4-quart saucepan and heat to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. Stir the pastas in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Stir the broccoli and turkey in the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Sprinkle with the parsley.

  4. Tip : You can also use cubed cooked chicken for the turkey.
