  1. 1 ball frozen whole wheat pizza dough

  2. tomato and basil pizza sauce

  3. fresh garlic , chopped

  4. olive oil

  5. fresh basil , chopped

  6. fresh mozzarella , sliced

  1. Take dough out of freezer and let rise for a few hours. You can either split the dough into 2 pies, or make one large thick one...both are delicious.

  2. Preheat oven, with pizza stone inside, on broil (500° F)

  3. Sauté garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil on stove. Add pizza sauce and keep on low heat until hot.

  4. Take pizza dough and flatten out on wooden cutting board. Shape into cricle, square, rectangle...whatever floats your boat! (Use a little flour on each side to prevent dough from sticking.)

  5. When oven is ready, prepare pizza on hot pizza stone. Layer sauce, cheese and fresh basil.

  6. ** Be careful and stone is extremely hot. Once the dough is on the stone, you cannot start moving it around. **

  7. Cook until the edges are brown and crispy, about 6-7 minutes. Time varies with each oven...use you judgement.

  8. Remove pizza from stone back to cutting board, slice and serve!
