  1. 1 Yellow cake mix

  2. 1 1/3 cups 315ml Water

  3. 3 Eggs

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Oil

  5. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Peanut butter

  6. 3 cups 594g / 20oz Powdered sugar - (icing)

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Vanilla - (icing)

  8. 1/3 cup 78ml Milk - (icing)

  1. Cake: combine all ingredients and mix well. (cake mix, water, eggs, oil and peanut butter).

  2. Icing: combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.

  3. Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.

  4. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
