  1. 3 c Flour

  2. 3 c Sugar

  3. 1 c Cocoa

  4. 3 ts Baking powder

  5. 1/8 ts Salt

  6. 1 c Butter, melted

  7. 1/2 c Milk

  8. 3 ts Vanilla

  9. 3 Eggs

  10. 1/4 c Cream, light

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients together. Make a well in center. Add the butter, milk and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, alternating the cream, beat well after each addition. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake in a 325 degree (F) oven for 1 1/4 hours. Cool on a rack and the remove from the pan.
