  1. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Cooked chicken mushrooms - chopped

  2. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - thinly sliced

  3. 1 Romaine lettuce - washed, spun dry, and torn into pieces

  4. 6 tablespoons 90ml Olives - sliced

  5. 6 tablespoons 90ml Almonds - toasted and slivered

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Wild mustard seed mayonnaise - (recipe to follow)

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Field garlic leaves - finely snipped
