  1. Directions crumble and fry off the sausage drain off most of the fat - leave behind 1-2 tbs sprinkle on flour to soak up all the fat - cook for a few minutes stirring often slowly add the milk - start very slow so you don't get any lumps bake your biscuits to plate - brake a biscuit in half and center on the plate - cover with your desired amount of gravy...
