  1. 1/3c orange juice

  2. 1/3c soy sauce

  3. 1/4c honey

  4. 1tsp. ground ginger

  5. 1tsp garlic powder

  6. 1 green onion

  7. 4 6oz. salmon fillets

  1. In a small bowl,combine orange juice,soy sauce,honey,ground ginger,garlic powder and green onion. Place salmon in a large glass dish and pour marinade over them. Turn to coat and refrigerate 15 mins.

  2. Preheat grill. Discard marinade and grill salmon over med-high heat for 6-8 mins a side or till fish flakes easily with a fork.
