  1. 4 Garlic cloves, chopped

  2. 4 tablespoons Olive oil

  3. cup Basil, chopped

  4. 12 ounces Small elbow-shaped macaroni

  5. cup Parsley, coarsely chopped

  6. Grated rind, juice of 1 lime

  7. Salt & pepper -

  8. OR -

  9. Cayenne, to taste

  1. Heat the garlic in the olive oil until golden, then remove from the heat & add the basil. The basil should wilt in the hot oil & go bright green & glossy.

  2. Cook the pasta until *al dente* then drain. Toss with the garlic, basil mixture. Add the grated lime & the lime juice. Season with salt & pepper, or cayenne & serve immediately.
