  1. Hot dog

  2. 8 Bacon - slices

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - minced

  4. 1 Garlic - minced, clove

  5. 8 oz 227g Tomato

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1 Pepper

  1. Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp.

  2. Drain most of bacon fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper.

  3. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes.

  4. Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15 minutes
