  1. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Old-fashioned rolled oats - (uncooked)

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chopped walnuts - about 3/4 ounce

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Honey

  4. 1 Egg white

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cinnamon

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Vanilla

  7. 1 Salt

  8. Non-stick cooking spray

  1. Preheat oven to 325F. In medium bowl, combine oats and walnuts; set aside. In small bowl, mix together honey, egg white, cinnamon, vanilla and salt until blended.

  2. Add honey mixture to oats, stir to mix well. To facilitate cleanup, line 11 x 17-inch baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Spread oat mixture into even layer.

  3. Bake about 15-17 minutes until golden brown, tossing mixture 3-4 times during cooking. Remove from oven and cool until crisp and crunchy.

  4. Yield: 1 Cup
