  1. 1 1/3 lb ground turkey breast

  2. 2 tsp poultry seasoning

  3. 1 Tb grill seasoning

  4. 2 cloves chopped garlic

  5. 4 scallions , chopped

  6. 1 celery rib, finely chopped

  7. 1 Tb light butter

  8. 1/4 c wing sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix turkey, seasonings and veggies. Form into 4 patties spray skillet with Pam. Heat to med-hi and cook patties 6 minutes each side- remove to plate wipe pan clean, reduce heat to low. melt butter, add wing sauce.

  2. return patties to pan to coat with sauce.
